UTM Link Builder
Add tracking parameters to any link — source, medium, campaign, and optional content or term.
Fill the fields → Copy the URL → paste that link in your email, ad, or post. When someone clicks it, Google Analytics (GA4) can see which campaign brought them.
Where the click comes from — one value (e.g. linkedin), not a list.
Campaign URL
Fill URL, source, medium, and campaign to preview.

How to use this tool

Campaign tags that stay readable in GA4
UTM parameters tell analytics where a visit came from. Keep the trio consistent: who sent the traffic (source), what channel type it was (medium), and which initiative it belongs to (campaign). Skip exotic GA4-only fields most teams never fill — this builder sticks to the five parameters people actually use.

FAQ
What do I do with the finished URL?
Copy it and paste it as the link in your email, ad, social post, or QR destination — instead of the plain page URL. When someone clicks it, they still reach your site; the extra tags tell analytics which campaign it was.
Which UTM parameters are required?
utm_source, utm_medium, and utm_campaign. Content and term are optional — use content for A/B creatives and term for paid search keywords.
Why are my values lowercased?
Analytics treats Facebook and facebook as different rows. The builder lowercases values and turns spaces into hyphens so reports stay clean.
Will this break my existing query string?
No. Non-UTM parameters and the URL hash are preserved. If the link already has utm_* params, they are replaced with your new values.
Does Google Analytics have to be on my site?
Yes, if you want to see campaign reports. This tool only builds the tagged link. GA4 (or similar analytics) on the destination site reads the tags when the page loads.
Is my URL uploaded?
No. The link is built entirely in your browser.
